Istria shone at this year’s Croatian Tourism Days in Dubrovnik, where San Canzian Hotel & Residence and Klara Grahovac won two prestigious awards, once again confirming the region’s strong position on the Croatian tourist map.
At the ceremony, as part of an event that brings together various actors from the Croatian tourism sector, awards were presented in numerous categories — from boutique hotels and lifestyle offerings to recognition for individuals from all counties.
San Canzian Hotel & Residence won the title of the best boutique hotel of the year, confirming its position among the prestigious small luxury properties in Croatia, while in the category “Your host of the year – Local Host” the best in the Istrian County was declared Klara Grahovac, owner of a holiday home in the village of Pusti, in the municipality of Svetvinčenat, recognized for her exceptional approach to guests and authentic Istrian hospitality.
The awards were organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Croatian National Tourist Board and the Croatian Chamber of Economy, and the event brought together numerous participants from all segments of the tourism offer.
