Villa Branko was the first categorized holiday home in the interior of Istria in 1995, representing a family home and personal legacy. Named after Klara’s father Branko, and built on the land of her mother Ruža, the house has from the very beginning carried a strong story of vision, courage and love for the space in which one lives. It is this family connection that can still be felt today in every detail – in the warmth, simplicity and the feeling that you have arrived somewhere where you are sincerely welcome.
Located in the peaceful Istrian hinterland, surrounded by greenery, orchards, lavender and beautiful scenery, it offers what has become a rarity today – silence, privacy and a sense of freedom. Here, the day begins with the scent of nature and ends with the slower rhythm of the evening under the open sky. The spaciousness, light and untouched nature create an atmosphere in which it is easy to slow down, breathe deeper and return to a simpler, more relaxed way of life.
Villa Branko is conceived as a place to meet, relax and return to simple things. A space where a stay is not measured in hours, but in moments that remain in the memory. A place where guests return not only because of the surroundings, but because of the feeling of home that is naturally created here.
Villa Branko is located in the village of Pusti, near Svetvincenat. The villa offers accommodation for 8 people in 4 double bedrooms and is ideal for a family vacation.
Villa Branko has been completely renovated with a special emphasis on sustainability, natural materials and the work of local craftsmen. The furniture and details are custom-made, handmade and with respect for the space, thus maintaining the original character of the house and creating a harmony between tradition and modern comfort.
On the fenced 7,000 m² property, guests have at their disposal: an outdoor swimming pool, a small forest, an orchard and a vineyard, as well as numerous facilities for relaxation and play – badminton, table tennis, football goals, bicycles, a children’s playground and spacious terraces for socializing. The house with four double, air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen provides a comfortable and carefree stay for up to eight people, with complete privacy and freedom of your own rhythm.
Klara was inspired by her love for her parents when designing the logo. She named the villa after her father Branko, and the symbol of the red rose represents love and is the name of her mother Ruža. The slogan “The love of rural tourism” represents what Klara wants to offer in her home, and what rural tourism should be: a romantic experience of Istria that you simply fall in love with.
